How-to... Profile / Doer
TaskPack profiling
To be executed, each TaskPack requires some knowledge, certain experience, and skills, and it is often necessary to possess certain personal qualities. For different TaskPacks, the Doer must fulfill some or all of these criteria.
In any case, we need to assess for each TaskPack which criteria are necessary for its execution. That's TaskPack profiling. The TaskPack profiling categories are as follows:
Knowledge
This includes both formal and informal education and other knowledge required to execute the TaskPack. This may include specific training or certifications, as well as general knowledge related to the field or industry.
Experience and skills
This category includes any specialized experience or skills required to execute the TaskPack. These should also be identified and listed, such as proficiency in certain software programs, familiarity with certain equipment or tools, or experience working in specific environments or conditions.
Personal Characteristics
It is also essential to consider the personal qualities that are necessary for the successful completion of the TaskPack. This may include characteristics such as attention to detail, strong communication skills, or the ability to work independently.
Others
We can always add other categories as needed.
Doers
Doer is a "work role" in the organizational infrastructure.
In TaskPack we have to select all Doers who are trained to execute a specific TaskPack. Those who are not pre-selected will not be able to be engaged in the operational execution of this TaskPack.
