Processor & Tasker
With the Processor & Tasker module, we document existing and create new processes.
We create Hub groups of processes (if we opted for the Hub concept) and insert into them the processes we build by connecting tasks.
In the Processor & Tasker module, we use the so-called TaskPacks. TaskPacks are a unique form of task grouping that makes everyday work easier and faster. TaskPacks are interconnected in the so-called sequences. Linking TaskPacks into sequences and into processes is easy.
In the left menu, click Processor (1) and then Processor & Tasker (2).
A page will open on which all processes in the company are listed.
The table's header has two rows: Type (3) and Group (4). They are for filtering our processes by type and groups.
See more about the types and groups of processes and also the Hub concept in the document: Draft / Organizational Model and the document: Process structure.
(3) We have 2 types of processes available: Core and Support. They are predefined.
(4) We create groups ourselves. However, the Hub concept offers us the division of the Core process into 3 groups: Production, Hub, and Customer. In support processes, we can (and we don't have to) create groups as desired.
To manage groups, we need to click on the Manage button (5).
A page dedicated to groups will open. There is a list of all the groups we have made. Their name (1) and the type we assigned them to (2).
When we click on the Add Group button (3), we can add a new group.
A dialog for adding a new group will open. We need to give a name and determine which type it belongs to. The description is optional.
