Sequences

The process is made of sequences.

See the document: Process structure

In order to add a sequence to a process, we first need to "open" the process. We do this with the help of this arrow (below) in front of the process name.

The view of that process will expand, and we can see its content.

Click on + Add Sequence (1)

At least one sequence must be added to the process.

Fill out the form.

(1) Sequence name.

(2) Result / Increment. If we want to follow the incremental development of products and services strictly, we can specify it for the current sequence.

(3) Description. If necessary, we can describe what the sequence is about.

(4) Bundles. Yes or No. If all TaskPacks in this sequence form one Bundle, mark with Yes.

(5) Worksites. If the sequence is intended for a certain one or more worksites, we select those worksites here.

( Note: Worksites must first be created in the Doers > Worksites module.)

An example is shown in which three sequences were added to the process.

When you don't want to use sequences

Sequences are a way of grouping TaskPacks that are connected in series. Due to the consistency of the process structure, sequences are required to be used. If they are redundant for your needs, you can avoid using sequences by creating only one sequence without a specific name (for example, put only a dot (.) for the name). You can put all the TaskPacks of one process in that one sequence.
