TaskPack
The Sequence is made of TaskPacks.
See the document: Process structure.
To add a TaskPack to a sequence, we first need to "open" the sequence. We do this by clicking on the arrow in front of the sequence name.
The view of that sequence will expand, and we will see its content. It is empty for now.
Click on + Add TaskPack (1)
A dialog for adding a new TaskPack will open.
First, we need to "open" the TaskPack header and enter the general information about TaskPack.
Fill out the form.
See the document: TaskPack in general.
(1) Name of TaskPack
(2) Result / Increment. Optionally we can specify the result in this TaskPack.
(3) Tag: Control / Approval. We tag it if this TaskPack participates in control or approval.
(4) Worksites. If TaskPack is intended for a certain one or more worksites, we select those worksites here. (Note: Worksites must first be created in the Doers > Worksites module.)
The example shows four added TaskPacks in sequence.
TaskPack is the basic building block of the process. Therefore, it contains complete information about the tasks to be performed.
Apart from the general information (see above), they are placed in the following sections:
(1) Tasks
(2) Norm
(3) Info
(4) Profile/Doer
