Tasks in TaskPack
Click on Tasks (1) and then on + Add Task (A).

(1) Task. Here we enter the text describing what and how should be done in the task. The task is usually described in one to a maximum of ten sentences. If necessary, they also contain pictures or videos with explanations. And links to other documents, tables, charts, etc.
(2) Description. Here you enter additional text about the task that we don't want to burden the main text. When a description is added to the tasks, it is recognized by the sheet of paper icon on the right.
(3) Tags for tasks that make connections to other TaskPacks.To choose the right tag, see more in the document: How-to... Tasks.
An example might look like this:
In this example, we added four tasks to the TaskPack: Checking the trade terms with a supplier.
(1) At the beginning is the name of the TaskPack.By clicking on the arrow in front of the name, we edit the general information about TaskPack. Above the name is the path (process/sequence) where this TaskPack is located.
(2) A section is opened where we see the tasks. They are the main content of TaskPack. In this case, we have four of them, and they are shown in the list below.
(3) The first task has the blue tag: Input. This means that it takes over the result from some previous TaskPack. Later we need to add the TaskPack input. That's how we'll connect those two TaskPacks.
(4) The last TaskPack has a red tag: Result. It delivers the final result of the entire TaskPack. On the right side of this task, you can see the icon of a sheet of paper. This means that it has an additional description. It is enough to hover the cursor over it, and the content will be displayed.
+ Add Input TaskPack
When we mark a task with the tag: Input, then we need to choose which previous TaskPack delivers that Input.
Click on + Add Input TaskPack (3).
A dialog will open in which we need to select the TaskPack that supplies the "input" to this particular task.
(1) We have filters available to make it easier for us to find the required TaskPack.
(2) Select TaskPack from the filtered list.
(3) If such a TaskPack has not yet been created, we will mark this box in order to publish a request for such an input TaskPack to be created.
When we select a TaskPack that supplies "input" it will appear below that TaskPack (green text).
Input TaskPack has the full path listed so that we can easily find it in the Processor & Tasker module if necessary.
