About Teamer tool
One of the main benefits of Workanizers is the small but efficient team that manages the company. For example, in smaller companies with only two people, in medium ones, about 5-6, and in larger ones, about 10.
A small team can be achieved by the fact that one person can represent several managerial roles at the same time. Everyone in the team has one (or more) managerial roles for which they are trained.
Teamer is a simple tool that helps us assign 4 predefined managerial roles with specific instructions on duties and responsibilities in daily operational activities. The management team consists of the following managerial roles:
- Profit Leader
- Top Manager
- Process Manager
- Supervisor
