Roles and permissions in Arena

Though the Arena tool is simple to use, it contains and controls the execution of virtually all tasks in the company, which makes it very complex.

For this reason, the view of TaskPacks for all management and job roles is focused so that each employee sees only the TaskPacks that they need to work on.

Doer

Doer only sees his/her own TaskPacks. He can communicate signals with the Process Manager.

Process Manager

The Process Manager sees his/her processes. Imports TaskPacks prepares them and communicates signals with Doers. The Process Manager uses filters.

Top Manager

The Top Manager has the highest permissions. The Top Manager can see all processes and TaskPacks in the Arena. It can do everything that a Process Manager and a Doer can do.

Profit Leader

A profit Leader also has the highest permissions, the same ones as the Top Manager.

Filtered view

The Filters allow for the customized and more focused display of information according to the needs of the user.
