The Supervisor convenes the meeting, and the participants are Process Managers of processes where evaluated Doers appear as executors.

Feedback Meeting and Incentive Delivery

The Supervisor convenes the meeting, and the participant is the Doer. The meeting takes place only between the Supervisor and each individual Doer (1:1).

• discussion on the evaluation
• formal delivery and/or notification of incentives

Public Recognition of the Doer and Incentive Delivery

The Top Manager convenes the meeting, and the participants are Supervisors, Process Managers, and Doers. The meeting is public with a physical presence or video conferencing.
