How to use Help

There are 3 types of help available:

  1. Help Docs
  2. Get Started
  3. Support

You can access all of them by clicking one of the icons in the upper-right corner.



1. Help Docs

This document you are viewing right now is part of Help Docs.

Help Docs contain comprehensive information about how the software itself works. (e.g. what happens when you click certain buttons).

The Help Docs will also inform you about the methodology (How-to...), i.e. what and how Workanizers should be used in order to organize and manage your business to be agile, better and easier.


2. Get Started

Get Started presents an onboarding checklist for two major managerial roles: Profit Leader and Top Manager.

It is a series of steps explaining what needs to be done to start using Workanizers.


3. Support

This icon opens communication with your support assistant.

You can ask questions, get answers and explanations, report problems, give feedback, etc. Communication can be started by chat and continued by email.
