Synergy

Synergy is a module where the synergy of separated Business Models is performed; it is done by reviewing and comparing all separated Business Models. Later, they're rationalized and reduced to only one Business Model. Such a business model represents the final Business Model of the company.

Click on Synergy (1).

Once you click on the link, a new page will open with a split screen. On the right side of the screen (1), you will find all the separate business models listed for easy comparison. The left half of the screen (2) displays a form where you can describe your final, synergized business model. For your convenience, the page content is divided into four sections (3).

(The example on the screenshot shows the content of two separated Business Models on the right (1): - Production and sale of mixtures for frozen cocktails and - Our own frozen cocktail cafes. By comparing their content, you can decide what (and what not) to include in the synergized final Business Model, left (2). In this example, the "Idea" section is already filled.)

Synergy is created over a period of time. Clicking the Save Synergy button (at the bottom of the page) saves the work in progress. When the synergy definition is done, you can click on the Publish as Final button. This copies the Synergy from the left half of the screen (2) to the Business Model module. It represents the final Business Model of the company, which completes the work in the Biz Modeler module.
